• Study the existing approach of input output supply and socio-economic environment.
• Build initial trust with and among the stakeholders for collective approach.

• Develop the weavers for undertaking backward and forward linkages on their own.
• Develop a sense of ownership through convergence with MFI of the SHGs and cluster members.
